1. Refund Policy
1.1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund can only be processed if the registered participant has NOT accessed any part of the program content or services.
1.2. Refund Conditions
- A 100% refund of the total program fee will be issued if the refund request is received at any time prior to the official program start date.
- No refund will be processed for requests received on or after the program start date.
1.3. How to Request a Refund
All requests for a refund must be sent via email from the participant's registered email address to wowppl@outlook.com. Requests from any other email address will not be considered.
2. Re-registration Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Re-registration
If you are unable to attend the program for which you have registered, you may have the option to re-register for a future session.
3. General Terms & Conditions
3.1. Non-Transferability
Program registrations are strictly non-transferable. They cannot be transferred or assigned to another individual.
3.2. Right to Revise
We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this policy at any time and at our sole discretion.
